C2P Swim Squad offers structured, coached sessions with a strong focus on technique, efficiency and speed.

We use fins, snorkels, pull buoys and paddles to refine stroke mechanics while developing both endurance and pace. Sessions are purposeful, progressive and designed to support triathletes and performance-focused swimmers.
Train smarter, move better through the water, and build confidence in every stroke.

6:15am - 90 minutes (approx. 3–4km)
6:45am - 60 minutes (approx. 2-3km)
